Silo Fluidizer
Uniform flow and discharge of dry bulk materials through aeration and hopper wall vibration. Prevents bridging, rat holing and compacting in storage silos, dust collectors, weigh bins and IBC's.
Aeration to loosen product - Directional air flow forces air along bin wall, Gentle vibration keeps product flowing - No airline plugging - Patented disks seal tightly - Durable design will not tear.
Material compatible - Silicone rubber in blue or white (FDA approved) or black or white EPDM - Temperatures to 450°F (230° C).
Versatility - Numerous combinations of stems, fittings and airlines - Models for high pressure/low volume air or low pressure/high volume air.
Mini Silo Fluidizer
All the features of our 4-inch diameter fluidizers (above) but in a compact two-inch diameter size. Ideal for tight curvature chambers down to 4-inch diameter (100 mm) to keep product from bridging, rat holing or hanging up in corners.
Fits in pipes. chutes, bins and hoppers giving system engineers and designers more pneumatic conveying options.
Models are available to work with high pressure/low volume compressed air or low pressure/high volume blower air. Ask for engineering assistance to apply this new fluidizer for endless possibilities in material handling.
Available in standard blue silicon with same robust design. Will not tear, pick up moisture & is unaffected by temperatures up to 350° F (170° C).
Control System
Save air and energy with the Solimar Fluidizer Control System, keep dry materials flowing in storage silos, weigh hoppers and filters while saving air and energy. High quality timer control board allows adjustment of air flow interval and duration. Available for operation of one to sixteen fluidizers or custom systems are available.
